To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. It must also be in the original packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please note we do not refund shipping costs. We're sure you'll love your product so much you won't want to return them, however if you get the product and feel it's just not for you, all of our products are backed up by a 30-day free return period.
